Laborers' Local 18A Concrete Workers Scholarship Fund
  This program is another way for Laborers Local 18A Concrete Workers Executive Board to express their abiding interest in the Employees and thier families, and contribute to society by making the awards and benefits of higher education available to deserving young people.
 

The dependents of any member of Local 18A will be eligible to apply, if the member is qualified to receive benefits during one of the current two years.
